Very bottom of my list is touching – literally a 0 on the quiz. Like you said at the end, I’m not a touchy feely person at all, I never have been, nor is my family. My personal space bubble is huge. My boyfriend’s entire extended family is all about the hugs and cheek kisses, every time they see you, both hello and goodbye, and we see them at least once or twice a week. HUGE adjustment for me. Top of my list is acts of service and then words is right after. Luckily my boyfriend is great at both of those, but I really have to make a conscious effort to be more hands on with him. It’s hard!

Acts of service over here! I love this topic and have noticed that my love language has changed throughout the years.

I just took the quiz and mine is Physical touch. This is very surprising because in friendship relationships I am not a touchy feely person, my personal space bubble is really big. But when Im with my boyfriend I crave that physical contact.
Emily S says
My love language is acts of service, but my husband’s are physical touch and words of affirmation. I would love to have a copy of the book to refer back to!

Mine is Quality Time. I remember taking this quiz back when my spouse and I were dating and now taking it after 4 years of marriage, it is still the same 🙂
Mandy M says
Mine is gifts! Even more than getting gifts, I LOVE to pick out and find the perfect gifts for my friends, family, co-workers, etc. I basically plan for birthdays and Christmas year round haha. To me giving gifts is even more fun than receiving them!

Physical touch – I took this a while ago and it hasn’t changed much. Starting a new relationship now and I’ll be interested to see what his is. Hopefully they match up well!
Tyler says
I’m a words of affirmation gal 🙂
Jordan Leigh says
I just listened to a podcast by Gretchen Rubin about the love languages that left me wondering what exactly mine were.. and I was surprised to discover that I tied receiving gifts and words of affirmation! Guess I don’t know myself as well as I thought 😉 I of course immediately sent it to my boyfriend haha thanks for this! Loving the podcast!
Natalie Olson says
I am going to take the test, but I’m thinking that gifts is my love language. I am always finding little things for people I love.
