My Success Story

When I started blogging in 2012, I had no idea what I was doing. I spent hundreds and hundreds of hours online teaching myself how to create a well-designed blog with compelling content. Later, in 2016, I also launched an Etsy shop and YouTube channel with big ideas and almost no information. It took months of research, headaches, and failures before I found my footing on any platform.

Fast forward to present day. Now, I run this blog, create for my YouTube channel, and run Blair Lamb Design full-time. I have complete freedom in my schedule, I get to do what I love, and my income is more than triple what I made working a traditional full-time job. It’s a dream come true.

I started offering mentorship to give other women the encouragement, information, resources, advice, and know-how that I wish I’d had when I started. It is one of my greatest joys to support fellow women, who become my friends, and help them achieve their goals. I’ve worked with over 200 mentees!

• I will help you start an online shop (Etsy or Shopify), YouTube channel, or blog from scratch if you’ve always wanted to, but don’t know where to start. (I prioritize working with mentees focused on online shops and YouTube as those are the platforms I’m most up-to-date on and informed about. Although I’ve been blogging for 10+ years, it is no longer a focus of my business.)
• I will help you craft compelling content and monetize it, if that’s your goal.
• I will help you streamline and beautify your branding and design.
• I will help you find your unique voice and “feel;” your tonality will attract people beyond what you can imagine.
• I will help you make your social media work for you to help further your platform.
• I will help you discover helpful, informative resources to assist you in your journey.
• I will never push you in a direction you don’t want to go. I will listen to your heart, ideas, and goals, and we’ll work together to create attainable steps to reach your personal goals.

I will give you the confidence, support, and information you need to reach your online goals. This program is designed to act like training wheels, not a crutch. My end goal is to teach, equip, and empower you so that you can manage your platforms on your own and reach your goals long-term.

What makes my mentorship sessions different is that they are completely customizable to you, your needs, and your goals. You choose what you want to focus on, how we spend our time together, what questions you want to ask, what topics you want to cover. I’ve worked with over 200 mentees and each one has had a totally individualized experience. You are in the driver’s seat! (But I’ll help create a map for you!)

90 minute video session – $149

• 1 Zoom video session, 90 minutes
• 90 minutes gives more “wiggle room” for brainstorming, exploring new ideas, and diving deeper into discerning next steps, goals, etc.

Fine print: All payments will be made through Acuity, my scheduling platform. Payment is non-refundable. Payment due in full at time of purchase; payment plans are not offered. Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of scheduled meeting time; sessions that are cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled meeting time will not be rescheduled.
