Some of you may remember my beautiful (and hilarious!) friend Lauren from her guest post on my Spain blog. This time, instead of her writing, her artwork is making an appearance. I’ll call it a guest image? Guest art? You get the point: I didn’t make it. Lauren did. Anyway, look at this beaut! Cool right?
She used painter’s tape (buy here) to create a geometric pattern on the canvas and filled in the sections with blue, green, and purple paint. Then, she printed off her monogram’s letters, cut around the edges (tedious, I know), traced them onto the canvas (buy one here), and filled them in with paint. Lauren–girl, you have an eye for detail!
Thought this was some great inspiration (or Pinspiration if you love Pinterest like me!) for your next art project. Way to be, Lauren! Love you girl (and miss ya!).
Happy Saturday everyone! 🙂

Thanks for the shout out! You forgot to mention the part when I asked you for your help on how to do the monogram part because of your crafting expertise! So props to you!!!
